Having spent more than 40 years as a professional musician, choral and orchestral conductor, and church musician, Stephen Smith has turned his energies back to analog photography, concentrating on medium and large formats, and black & white, silver gelatine printing.

He is also a member of the editorial team of Frames Magazine as a copy editor, author and interviewer.
